Instead of pushing candidates to apply right away, invite them to reach out with questions. It lowers the commitment threshold and makes your team feel more human.
Best For:
Hard-to-fill roles where trust matters more than volume (engineering, science, cleared roles, or manager-level positions).
How to Execute:
In your job post or LinkedIn update, replace “Apply Now” with:
“Not sure yet? Email us with any questions. No pressure.”Direct it to a recruiter inbox or hiring team contact. Or even a shared Slack channel!
