“Add a ‘You’ll Love This Job If…’ Line to the JD”

What It Is:
Cut through the generic. Add a single bullet that filters in the right people and filters out the wrong ones—based on personality, not just skill.

Best For:
Any JD with more than 6 bullets.

How to Execute:

• Add a line like:
  “You’ll love this job if you feel weirdly satisfied by color-coded dashboards.”
  Or,
  “You’ll probably hate this job if you want someone to hand you the playbook.”
